Slither.io Tips and Tricks
Slither.io is a mobile game that combines elements of the game “Snake” and “Agario.” The goal of the game is to create the longest and biggest snake. Here are some tips and tricks for you to try.
- Just eat as much as you can to increase your size, but avoid larger snakes. When you achieve a certain size, trick other snakes into running into you. Look for smaller snakes near you and enclose yourself around them so that they don’t have any other choice but to crash into you.
- Shorter snakes move faster than longer ones. If there’s a longer snake coming near you, try to rush forward and immediately turn to get in front of it. This will cause the snake to crash into you.
- When a large snake dies, a huge flow of traffic usually goes to that direction to consume the most colored remains. This will result in a huge battle of snakes crashing into one another. When this happens, just stay nearby. You should be one of the last ones to go for it. If you’re the last one standing, you will be able to eat many of the remnants of the less confined snakes.
- You can also try speeding or dashing. If you want to dash on your mobile phone, you can tap the screen two times and then hold it down. If you are using a computer, hold down the left-click button on your mouse in order to dash. This causes the snake to dash immediately in a specified direction until you release your hold. A bit of length is removed in doing so, but dashing also has its own advantages. For instance, when you are trying to wrap a snake, it is sometimes a good idea to dash forward to get in front of the snake. The target may run into you and make it easier for you to enclose yourself around it.
- When you are large, you should remain on the edges and keep your head stuck in the sand. Keep in mind that the larger you are, the more susceptible you are to colliding with others. If you are satisfied with the size of your snake, you should keep your head encircled inside your body to avoid bumping into others. Other snakes will collide with you due to your size. This will provide you with a steady surge of dots to eat up. You can also move to the game board’s edges. The center of the game board is usually where the majority of actions occur. To check your location, look at the tiny round circle in the play screen’s lower right-hand corner.
You can also get new skins by logging onto the game’s desktopversion. There are options for sharing your progress on social media. These can be found in the play screen’slower right-hand corner. After sharing, go back to the game and you will see the Change Skin option in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. Just click on it to start using the skin you want!
